Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, excavation, and material delivery.

2. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.

3. Safety Management: Implement and maintain site safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and reporting incidents.

4. Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate labor forces, including subcontractors and direct employees.

5. Material Management: Oversee material delivery, storage, and usage, ensuring mínimal waste and optimal usage.

6. Schedule Management: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays.

7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

8. Communication: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues,



including technical, logístical, and personnel problems.

10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control documentation.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Diploma/ITI or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 0-1 Year of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in civil engineering projects. Freshers are also apply.

3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
