We are the founders of Pink Maison Bakery, now expanding into the event planning industry with an exciting current startup. We are looking for creative, skilled, and hardworking Event Decorators to grow with us from the beginning.

Position: Event Decorator

Location: Udhampur (Travel may be required for events)
Salary: ₹6,000 - ₹12,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
Perks: Food & Stay provided by the company during events

Responsibilities:
- Designing and setting up event décor (balloon décor, floral setups, backdrops, stage décor, etc.)
- Creative theme planning and execution
- Managing décor materials and props
- On-site event setup and dismantling
- Coordinating with the event team for smooth execution

Requirements:
- Prior experience in event decoration preferred
- Knowledge of balloon art,



floral arrangements, stage décor, or themed setups
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/events)
- Hardworking and team-oriented attitude
