- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate when required
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Follow company communication guidelines and call scripts
