Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/patients.
- Explain pharmaceutical/healthcare products and services clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer queries with empathy and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records, leads, and customer interaction logs.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and pharmacy teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:
- D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy terms, and healthcare services.
- Ability to handle patients/customers politely and professionally.
- Prior telesales/call center experience will be an added advantage.
