Location: Event Sites / Field / Office

Experience: 3+ years (Event or Field Operations preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise events from start to finish

Manage and guide on-ground staff, promoters, vendors, and volunteers

Ensure event setup, activities, and schedules are executed as per client requirements

Monitor event operations and resolve issues in real time

Handle event logistics, materials, branding, and equipment

Ensure discipline, time management, and smooth team coordination

Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and documentation

Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed

Required Skills:
Robust communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle teams and work under pressure

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Basic knowledge of event management and field operations

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Qualification:
Graduate or Diploma (Event Management preferred)

Salary & Benefits:
₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
