Job Title: Site Supervisor - PEB

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site PEB erection activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and as per quality standards and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day PEB erection and installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and project engineers for smooth site operations.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues at site.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and material reconciliation.
- Ensure proper alignment, bolting, sheeting, and structural installation as per standards.




- Maintain site documentation including reports, checklists, and work records.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PEB erection or steel structure projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting, etc.).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
