Key Responsibilities of a Collection Executive
- Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely recovery of payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines
- Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to senior management when required
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve disputes
- Achieve assigned collection targets and contribute to cash flow improvement
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and recovery status
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
