Job Title: Authentic Chinese Chef
Experience: 2-6 Years (Cooking Experience Required)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese Dishes
- Perform wok cooking using traditional techniques and ingredients
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization
- Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/purchase team
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen

Key Skills:
- Solid expertise in authentic Chinese cooking techniques
- Knowledge of sauces, spices, and traditional recipes
- Proficiency in wok cooking and high-flame preparation
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Preferred:
- Experience in Chinese restaurants or food industry kitchens
- Knowledge of regional Chinese cuisines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
