Operational Supervision
- Supervise daily operations of hotel restaurants, café, bar, room service, and/or banquet outlets
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, stewarding, and service teams
- Monitor food quality, service presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Conduct daily briefings with staff before shifts
- Ensure proper table setup, buffet setup, and event arrangements

Guest Service & Satisfaction
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure excellent dining experiences
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor service standards according to hotel SOPs
- Support VIP guest handling and special requests

Staff Management
- Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hostesses, and support staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift scheduling
- Train current staff on service standards and product knowledge
- Ensure staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards

Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor food and beverage stock levels
- Assist in ordering supplies and receiving deliveries
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper portion control




- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and local licensing laws

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; operations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
