About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage SEO, SEM, website traffic growth, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage CRM platforms and lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion ratios.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior within Ahmedabad’s real estate landscape.
- 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Mandatory: Demonstrated experience in Real Estate marketing.




- Mandatory: Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Proven track record in performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Google Ads / Meta Certifications or equivalent digital marketing credentials preferred.
