Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assess students’ academic and social development regularly
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports
- Use creative teaching methods, activities, and teaching aids
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities
- Encourage moral values, discipline, and good behavior among students

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary):
- Relevant teaching certification (as per CBSE/State Board norms)
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers may apply)
- Strong command of English.

Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills




- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
- Ability to engage young learners creatively
- Basic knowledge of smart boards and digital teaching tools

Work Experience
- Experience teaching at the primary level in a recognized school is an advantage
