Operational Management:
- Supervise daily transport activities and dispatch schedules
- Assign routes and drivers based on delivery plans
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time performance
- Driver Supervision:
- Manage and support drivers and transport staff
- Conduct briefings and performance evaluations
- Ensure drivers follow safety regulations and company policies
- Fleet Management:
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
- Coordinate repairs and breakdown assistance
- Ensure vehicles comply with legal and safety requirements
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to transport laws and road safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation (licenses, insurance, permits)
- Investigate accidents or incidents and prepare reports
- Cost Control:
- Monitor fuel consumption and transport expenses
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and delays
- Prepare transport budgets and expense reports




- Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain transport logs and performance records
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, or operations teams
- Report operational issues to management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in transport or fleet supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards
- Ability to use GPS tracking systems and transport management software
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
