Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a qualified and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs
- Explain product features, pricing, purity (gold karat), diamond quality (4Cs), and ongoing offers
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
- Maintain display counters, cleanliness, and product arrangement
- Manage stock at the counter and coordinate with inventory team
- Upsell and cross-sell products (bangles, necklaces, rings, earrings, etc.)
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
