Operations and Logistics Management:
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, quality checks, put-away, storage, inventory replenishment, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping.




- Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to and from the production lines to prevent downtime and support manufacturing schedules.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.

Safety, Quality, and Compliance:
- Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring all operations strictly comply with GMI standards, environmental regulations, and internal company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety standards (e.g., GMPs, HACCP, FDA regulations), maintaining the integrity of all raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility in accordance with 5S principles and other housekeeping standards
