Loading Supervisor (Edible Oil Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Loading & Unloading Operations
- Supervise loading of edible oil, vanaspati ghee, and by-products into tankers, trucks, and containers.
- Ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging as per dispatch plan.
- Monitor sealing of tankers and trucks with proper documentation.

2. Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely availability of material.
- Verify loading slips, challans, gate passes, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain daily loading/unloading records.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Prevent contamination, spillage, and pilferage during handling.
- Monitor cleanliness of tankers, pipelines, and loading area.

4. Manpower Supervision
- Guide and supervise loading workers/helpers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance for efficiency.

Inventory & Reporting
- Coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock reconciliation.
- Report any shortage, leakage, or abnormality immediately.
- Assist in monthly stock verification and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of edible oil/vanaspati product handling.
- Familiarity with loading systems
- Understanding of safety standards and food industry regulations.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
- Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
