Full Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Architect / Architectural Designer to manage residential and commercial projects from concept to execution. We are looking for someone with strong design skills and hands-on project experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs
- Prepare working drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients
- Manage project timelines and execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements:
- Background in Architecture or related field
- 2-8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD:
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software:
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
