We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience in the PEB or steel fabrication industry. The role involves supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and achieving production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations and production processes.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with planning, design, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and guide production workers and technicians.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Report production status and issues to the Production Manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in PEB, steel structure fabrication, or manufacturing production.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and assembly operations.
- Understanding of production planning and quality control practices.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Experience in structural steel or pre-engineered building manufacturing.
- Familiarity with shop drawings and fabrication workflows.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
