Job Title : Social Media Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing our brand presence across digital platforms. The role also includes end-to-end coordination of product photoshoots, campaign planning, and content execution for multiple brands under HyperFoods.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management

Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaign concepts aligned with brand identity.

Monitor trends and implement relevant content ideas.

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and share monthly reports.

Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, collaborations).

2. Photoshoot & Content Production Management

Plan and manage product and lifestyle photoshoots.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and internal teams.

Ensure timely execution of shoots as per campaign calendar.





Oversee editing, final selection, and delivery of creatives.

Maintain content library and organize assets for future use.

3. Campaign & Brand Execution

Assist in planning festive, seasonal, and product launch campaigns.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align promotions.

Support quick commerce and e-commerce content requirements.

4. Creative & Branding

Ensure visual consistency across all brands.

Brainstorm recent concepts for reels, packaging showcases, influencer collaborations, and festive campaigns.

Work closely with design team for creatives and ad campaigns.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies.

Experience in managing photoshoots and coordinating creative production.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple brand
