Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Freelance Graphic Designer to develop attention-grabbing, customer-centric visual designs for poultry and value-added chicken products in the FMCG market. The role requires a strong understanding of retail dynamics, packaging communication, and consumer appeal, particularly within food categories where clarity, trust, and visual impact are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging, labels, promotional creatives, and marketing collateral for poultry and value-added chicken products
- Create flexible design systems that can be adapted across SKUs, pack sizes, formats, and retail channels
- Translate brand positioning, product benefits, and consumer insights into compelling visual storytelling
- Develop customer-centric designs that clearly communicate freshness, quality, nutrition, and value
- Ensure designs stand out on shelf while remaining clear, compliant, and easy to understand:
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, including typography, colour accuracy, hierarchy, and layout consistency




- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files in line with FMCG and food-packaging standards
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and production teams; incorporate feedback efficiently
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight FMCG timelines

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in FMCG, food, or consumer packaged goods (poultry/meat category experience is a strong advantage)
- Robust portfolio demonstrating packaging design and retail-focused creatives:
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for finish and accuracy
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, shelf impact, and visual hierarchy:
- Ability to design flexible, modular layouts that work across multiple SKUs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of print production, packaging materials, and colour management:
