Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their beauty and skincare needs
- Recommend suitable products such as skincare, makeup, hair care, and fragrances
- Demonstrate product usage and explain advantages clearly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product display, hygiene, and store cleanliness
- Ensure proper stock availability and inform the supervisor about low stock
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
- Stay updated with new product launches and promotions
- Follow grooming and brand presentation standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
