Nature of Appointment: Full time

The worthy aspirant must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Library Science (B.Lib./M.Lib.) from a recognized institution. A gracious command over the English tongue and familiarity with cataloguing systems, record maintenance, and digital library management tools are essential. Prior experience in a school library shall be regarded with favour; yet diligent freshers of studious disposition may also present themselves.

The appointed keeper of books shall be entrusted with the careful ordering, cataloguing, and preservation of volumes, the maintenance of accession registers and issue records, and the fostering of a culture of reading among scholars.



He or she shall guide students in the selection of worthy texts, assist staff in sourcing academic materials, and ensure that silence, decorum, and discipline are upheld within the library walls. The organization of book fairs, reading sessions, and literary observances shall likewise form part of the entrusted duties.

Remuneration shall be accorded in keeping with qualification, experience, and the ordinances of the school.

Pay: ₹9,626.98 - ₹25,606.96 per month
