Cure Wellness Centre is looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can connect with prospective patients, explain our services clearly, and encourage appointment bookings through professional follow-up and counselling support.

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, maintaining patient communication records, and supporting conversions for clinic visits or online consultations.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Speak with prospective patients and understand their health-related enquiries
- Explain Cure Wellness Centre’s treatment approach in a explicit and ethical manner
- Convert leads into appointments through trust-building and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and patient support




- Handle objections calmly and guide patients toward counselling or consultation
- Ensure timely response to enquiries and maintain communication discipline
- Submit daily and end-of-day reports on calls, follow-ups, and appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi:
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Telecalling, telemarketing, counselling, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong listening, persuasion, and rapport-building abilities
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Professional, respectful, and empathetic communication style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, counselling, or lead conversion is an advantage
- Confident in handling patient queries over phone
- Self-motivated and disciplined in reporting
- Patient-focused mindset with a calm and positive attitude
