- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst (Post-Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into comprehensive technical documentation, including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), functional and technical specifications, user stories, and test cases. You will also assist in defining system architecture, services, and APIs to ensure smooth implementation of the project.
This role requires close collaboration with the delivery team to ensure that the project is delivered according to the specifications and client expectations.

- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Document user stories, ensuring they are transparent, actionable, and aligned with business objectives and technical capabilities.
