Key Responsibilities:
- Execute weekly operational SAM cycles, including audits, compliance checks, and reporting.
- Identify and resolve software compliance gaps in line with organizational policies.
- Process Sourcing Requests efficiently, ensuring accurate licensing and procurement alignment.
- Create and track Remediation Tasks to address compliance or licensing discrepancies.
- Manage the Renewal Calendar to ensure timely renewals and avoid business disruption.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst.
- CIS-SAM Certification (or equivalent recognized SAM certification).
- Hands-on experience with Publisher Packs such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI.
