Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
- Conduct physical assessments and observe changes in patient condition.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Update nursing notes and treatment charts.
- Report patient progress to doctors and senior nurses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal standards
