Marketing Executive (Field Marketing) for Sudar Academy in Erode.

Sudar Academy specializes in skill-building courses for women and kids, such as Montessori teacher training, Hindi classes, yoga, karate, and spoken English, with a focus on practical skills and confidence-building.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, women's groups, and communities in Erode to promote courses and generate student leads.
- Organize and host local workshops, demos, and awareness camps to showcase programs like Montessori training and karate for kids.
- Build partnerships with local institutions, NGOs, and parent networks to drive enrollments.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach, and participate in local events/melas to market affordable, flexible courses.
- Track leads manually or via simple tools, follow up with prospects, and report daily/weekly on enrollment conversions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; any background in sales, teaching, or community work preferred.




- 1+ year experience in field sales or direct marketing in Erode region.
- Fluent in Tamil; basic English helpful for course promotions.
- Two-wheeler with valid license for local travel; own vehicle a plus.
