Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts).
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers.
- Promote banking products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank policies.
- Coordinate with branch sales officers for business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Any Degree).

Language Skills: Communicable English ,kannada and any regional language
- _Mandatory requirements:_




- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to work in field sales.

Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹20,885 per month.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable upon achieving sales targets.
