Our CBSE School looking for dynamic experienced person for the role of Mess Supervisor.
Oversee daily mess operations in the CBSE school, ensuring hygienic preparation, storage, and serving of nutritious meals to students and staff.
Maintain strict food safety standards including cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, staff hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
Plan balanced menus, monitor food quality, portion control, and ensure use of fresh, secure, and approved ingredients.
Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, avoid wastage, and ensure proper storage practices (temperature control, FIFO method).
Conduct regular inspections, handle feedback, and ensure timely corrective actions to maintain high standards of health, safety, and nutrition.
Pay: ₹14,421.48 - ₹21,188.45 per month
