Required Customer Relationship Executive who can work for Automobile Industry for sales and services.
- To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
- Following-up with customers for car services.
- Providing information to customers as & when required.
- Taking Feedback with customers.
- Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures
- Handling Customers & their complaints
- Resolves customer complaints
- Maintain Data.
- To convert the calls to recent business leads.
- To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- To inform potential client's on the company’s products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
