Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for our farm plot and land investment projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make calls on the qualified leads
- Plan and Conduct site visits and project presentations for potential customers and investors.
- Explain the project concept, pricing, location advantages, and investment potential..
- Manage the customer journey from first meeting to booking.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team for lead conversion.
- Assist customers with documentation and booking procedures.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, plotted developments, or property advisory.
- Experience handling site visits and client meetings.
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
