Job Title: Office Driver cum Admin Executive

Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Responsibilities
- Drive Directors / senior management for official meetings, site visits, and client visits.
- Ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, servicing, insurance, pollution certificate, etc.).
- Maintain vehicle logbook and fuel records.
- Follow traffic rules and safety regulations strictly.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle bank-related work (cheque deposits, documentation, etc.).
- Assist in office purchases and vendor coordination.
- Support basic facility management tasks.
- Deliver and collect official documents when required.
- Assist in office maintenance coordination.
- Support HR/Admin team with basic documentation and record-keeping.

Required Qualifications




- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Valid driving license with clean driving record.
- 3-6 years of driving experience (corporate experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Basic administrative and documentation skills.

Experience : Minimum 1 year working as admin
Communication Should be good in English & Hindi
Salary : 15000/ 18000/

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
