Role Overview
The XSEED Leader for Classes IV-V will head the Upper Primary segment as Academic Coordinator, ensuring effective implementation of the XSEED methodology aligned with CBSE, NEP 2020, NCF-SE 2023, and the SPHS student-centric framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor XSEED lesson plan implementation across Classes IV-V.
Conduct classroom observations and mentor teachers for high-quality instructional practices.
Oversee academic planning, documentation, written work standards, and assessments.
Analyse student performance data and plan remedial/enrichment interventions.
Drive competency-based learning, reading culture, and concept clarity.
Coordinate with parents and management on academic progress.
Organise teacher training and ensure academic excellence across the segment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
