Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new and existing clients by offering tailored travel solutions
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right travel packages
- Create simple and customized domestic & international itineraries
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
- Provide information on destinations, visas, and travel requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations
- Support customers throughout the journey — from inquiry to post-trip
- Promote travel packages, upgrades, and add-ons
- Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for sales, travel, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and fulfill client needs
- 0-6 years (Freshers with strong interest in travel can apply)
Education
Bachelor’s degree / MBA
(Tourism Management preferred but not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
Unlimited incentives
- 10% salary hike after 6 months (performance-based)
