Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / Montessori Training (mandatory/preferred. Graduation in any discipline (preferred)

Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education (ECE) principles:
- Knowledge of play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning:
- Ability to develop lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities:
- Classroom management skills with a no-punishment approach:
- Basic assessment and observation skills

Language & Communication
- Positive command over spoken and written English:
- Ability to communicate clearly with young children and parents

Technical & Digital Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to use smart boards, PPTs, videos, and educational apps:
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Classroom, etc. (preferred)

Experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years teaching
- Freshers with ECCE/NTT certification can also be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
