- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing follow-up calls
- Greet visitors and assist them at the reception desk
- Schedule service appointments
- Maintain customer records

- Coordinate with technicians and staff

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Prior experience is preferred, but freshers may apply
