Job Summary:
A Hospital Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace for patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring hospital premises, preventing unauthorized access, and responding quickly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol hospital premises regularly (wards, entrances, parking areas).
- Control access at entry/exit points and verify visitor passes.
- Ensure safety of patients, staff, and hospital property.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats.
- Assist in managing crowds and maintaining order in busy areas (e.g., emergency department).
- Check bags and vehicles when required to prevent prohibited items.
- Report suspicious activities or incidents to hospital authorities.
- Operate security systems like CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Help patients and visitors with directions when needed.
- Coordinate with police, fire services, or ambulance teams during emergencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Minimum high school education (10th/12th pass).
- Prior experience in security (hospital experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (day/night/weekends).
- May involve standing or walking for extended periods.
- Exposure to emergency or stressful situations.

Salary (India - Approximate):
- ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depends on experience and location).

Additional Requirements (Optional):
- Security training certificate or license (if required by local laws).
- Background verification and clean criminal record.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
