CNC Supervisor - Job Description Job Title: CNC Department: Manufacturing/Production Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager Job Summary

The CNC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing CNC machining operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role involves supervising operators, optimizing processes, and maintaining productive workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CNC machine operations (milling, turning, etc.)
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of CNC operators
- Ensure production schedules are met on time
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection rates
- Set up machines and troubleshoot machining issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings and G-code programs
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Maintain production reports and documentation





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in CNC machining, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code)
- Experience with CNC machines like VMC, HMC, CNC Lathe
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Mastercam)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing/Six Sigma practices
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards

Pay: ₹8,804.58 - ₹30,000.00 per month
