Engage with Institutional Principals, Directors, and Decision Makers
Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities for Dhruvsatya’s consulting and training interventions
This role is critical to Dhruvsatya’s growth and expansion.
Role Definition
The Business Engagement Executive will act as the first point of contact between Dhruvsatya and prospective corporate and institutional clients and will be responsible for initiating high-quality engagement leading to business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & Institutional Outreach
Contact HR Heads, Business Heads, Plant Heads,
Learning & Development Heads, and Institutional Principals
Initiate professional conversations to understand their challenges and training or consulting needs
Position Dhruvsatya’s expertise and offerings appropriately
Generate qualified meetings for Dhruvsatya’s senior leadership team
2. Strategic Tele-Engagement
Spend 4-5 hours daily engaging decision-makers through skilled tele-calling
Maintain continuity and consistency of engagement
3. Database Development and Management
Build and update database of Corporate and Institutional decision-makers using:
LinkedIn
Company Websites
Industry Directories
Institutional Websites
Existing Dhruvsatya database
Maintain structured records in Dhruvsatya’s CRM and internal templates
4. Business Opportunity Facilitation
Coordinate meetings between prospects and Dhruvsatya’s Business Development team
Act as the communication bridge between clients and Dhruvsa
