We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. He should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skill and a passion for technology, current systems. We value executives who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts ,identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Generating invoices and challan in the tally software on a day-to-day basis.
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc. in tally Prime
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner on a daily basis
- Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
- Handling Statutory filing - Prepare monthly TDS, GST Data and file GST,
- Assisting in statutory compliance
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports




- Record and maintain stock on a weekly basis
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
- Effective communication skill

Knowledge and Experience
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, E- way bills and other similar work
- Good command over tally Prime, MS-Excel, MS-Word, Powe point
- Good understanding of accounting principles with 1-2 years’ experience
- Basic knowledge of banking,
- Ability to keep documents and data well organized. Detail oriented, highly organised, Team player and multitasking

Educational Qualification
- BBA, or Graduation from commerce background.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
