We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to handle end-to-end logistics operations involving the transportation of raw materials to cement factories and the return movement of finished cement. The role requires strong expertise in managing heavy vehicles, coordinating two-way logistics, and ensuring cost-effective and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation of raw materials to cement factories and ensure smooth return of finished cement
- Plan and optimize two-way logistics to reduce empty runs and maximize efficiency
- Oversee a fleet of heavy vehicles (tippers, bulkers, trailers, etc.)
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery schedules are maintained
- Coordinate with cement factories, dispatch teams, and site operations
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and breakdown handling
- Supervise drivers, route planning, and trip scheduling




- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, permits, and safety standards
- Track fuel consumption, trip logs, and operational costs
- Prepare daily and weekly transport reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cement logistics / bulk material handling
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and fleet operations
- Experience in managing return-load or two-way transport operations
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage large fleet and driver teams
- Knowledge of local transport routes and regulations
- Tamil language proficiency preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
