Job Location:Sector 84/90 Gurugram Haryana.
- Handle party hall and preschool event bookings
- Coordinate birthday parties, school celebrations, and special events
- Plan and execute birthday themes, creatives, and activity setups
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, entertainers, and caterers
- Supervise maids and support staff during party day
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth event execution
- Monitor Magic Cave play equipment for proper working condition
- Ensure equipment maintenance and child safety standards
- Manage preschool bookings and activity coordination
- Promote the play zone and party hall through local marketing and tie-ups
- Maintain booking records, schedules, and client details
- Prepare daily reports on bookings, events,
and operations
- Oversee event setup, operations, and closure
- Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children at all times
Preferred Skills:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Presentable, confident & customer-friendly.
- Basic marketing knowledge & computer skills.
- Able to manage staff and work flexible hours.
- Experience in event coordination preferred.
- Eligibility:
- Age: 22-35 years
- Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (May exceed till 10 pm or more when there is party)
- Monday to Saturday (Sunday working if party or Client appear)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹252,000.00 per year
