About the Team

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is responsible for ensuring that our platforms are:
- Highly available:
- Scalable and performant:
- Secure and observable

The team works closely with development, security,



and product teams to:
- Design resilient systems
- Automate operational tasks
- Reduce toil through engineering
- Improve reliability through monitoring, incident management, and post-incident learning

As an apprentice, you will be embedded within this team and guided by experienced SREs and DevOps engineers.

About the Role
- Cloud infrastructure
- Automation and scripting
- System reliability and troubleshooting
- How large-scale systems stay online 24x7

You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of small components and improvements as your skills grow.

Key Responsibilities

During the apprenticeship, you will:
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Help configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Participate in incident response activities under supervision
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for inciden
