How You'll Make an Impact:
The Data Steward is responsible for data collection, integration, and analysis initiatives. This role will work directly with the Segmentation & Analytics team to validate, augment, and enter data into our CRM system. Additionally, the Data Steward will leverage their proficiency in SQL and PySpark to manipulate and analyze data from various sources, including our CRM and other databases.



A key aspect of this role is the ability to create and maintain dashboards, providing valuable insights from the collected data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and route qualified leads to Sales members. Research accounts when additional information is required
- Use internal and external data resources to conduct research on contacts to help drive the quality of recent leads and sales opportunities
- Establish measurable criteria to ensure desired results are acquired and provide the team with updates via tracking reports reflective of Key Performance Indicators in line with set priorities and timing targets.
- Maintain data health by regularly auditing database to ensure minimum required information is up to date
- Utilize SQL and PySpark to query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends
