Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Executive

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 -25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Role Overview

StudioIP is hiring a proactive Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Executive to identify, onboard, and manage creative production vendors across India. This is a coordination-focused role requiring structured reporting, solid follow-ups, and understanding of media production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard production houses (Photography, Film, Animation, CGI/VFX, Audio, Design).
- Maintain vendor database (region-wise & category-wise).
- Coordinate bid communication between sales team and vendors.
- Track vendor readiness, response rates, and participation.
- Maintain MIS reports and structured Excel data.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)



for sourcing and communication support.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Media Production workflows.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.

Preferred
- Experience with creative vendors or production houses.
- Familiarity with SaaS/marketplace platforms.
- Self-driven with ownership mindset.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
