We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing. The role focuses on generating quality leads, improving ROI, and managing ad performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & manage Google Ads campaigns
- Perform keyword research & competitor analysis
- Optimize ad copies, bids, budgets & targeting
- Track performance using Google Ads & Analytics
- Improve CTR, Quality Score & conversions
- Collaborate with marketing/design teams

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Google Ads experience
- Strong knowledge of Search, Display & Video Ads
- Experience with Analytics, GTM & conversion tracking
- Good analytical & communication skills
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
