Job Summary

The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate educational programs for young children. The role focuses on fostering children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities aligned with early learning standards
- Create a protected, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth
- Promote positive behavior through guidance and modeling
- Maintain daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest, and playtime
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about children’s progress and needs
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations




- Maintain accurate records, attendance, and reports
- Support inclusive practices and accommodate diverse learning needs

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
