The Vice Principal supports the Principal in the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the institution. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, academic quality, discipline, and coordination between management, faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in academic and administrative management
- Supervise departments, HODs, faculty, and staff
- Monitor teaching quality, syllabus completion, and discipline
- Handle student issues, grievances, and overall campus environment
- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory norms

Requirements:




- Postgraduate degree (M.Pharm)(PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years of teaching and administrative experience
- Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of academic policies and institutional regulations
