Reporting To: Production Manager / Shift Supervisor

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Plastic Technology, or Rubber Technology:
- Minimum 2-5 years experience as Molding Machine Die Setter:
- Hands-on experience in Injection / Rubber / Compression molding machines:
- Knowledge of mold construction, machine parameters, and die change procedures:
- Ability to read technical drawings, SOPs, and process sheets:
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 manufacturing workplace preferred
- Basic understanding of safety procedures, 5S, and TPM
- Install, remove, and set molds (dies) on molding machines safely
- Perform mold changeovers as per production plan
- Ensure correct mold alignment, clamping, and centering
- Set and verify molding parameters as per approved process sheet
- Conduct trial runs and support machine start-up




- Produce first-off samples and obtain QC approval
- Identify and correct molding defects (flash, short shot, burrs, warpage, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance during initial production
- Follow all safety, EHS, and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Handle molds using approved lifting tools and equipment
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and mold cleaning
- Maintain die setup records and changeover logs
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, QC, and Tool Room teams
- Follow 5S, TPM, and company quality systems
- Report machine issues, mold damage, and process deviations immediately

Pay: ₹10,943.07 - ₹26,386.35 per month
