SHJ is a new transportation service with operations in multiple states. We are hiring reliable, friendly Dispatchers / Routers to plan the delivery routes and communicate with clients to keep service running smoothly. Experience in working with US-based trucking, transportation or logistics companies is an advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good Communication
- Proficiency in English is a must:
- Comfortable following written instructions and using training materials to perform key tasks
- Know when to notify a supervisor about an issue or challenge

Reliability
- Starting and ending your work shift on time without reminders from supervisors
- Responding to messages from supervisors and clients in a timely manner

Strong Reasoning & Logic
- Ability to manage trips in different time zones simultaneously




- Ability to plan the routes in different types of trucks & services
- Awareness of when to ask your supervisor for help (_their job is to make your job easy_)

Tech-Savvy
- Ability to use different types of technology to get the job done - route planning tools, trip management dashboard, communication app for drivers, online scheduling tools etc.
- Ability to quickly learn how to use recent technology
