- Job Summary
- Responsible for end‑to‑end mortgage loan evaluation, underwriting support, closing, post‑closing, and compliance activities for U.S. residential loans, ensuring risk, regulatory, and documentation standards are met within defined SLAs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral (4Cs) analysis for loan approval/decline decisions.
- Review complete loan packages for accuracy, policy compliance, and risk acceptance.
- Analyze income, employment, assets, liabilities,



credit history, and property valuation.
- Define and transparent underwriting and closing conditions; calculate loan fees and HLC where applicable.
- Review closing, post‑closing, escrow, and title documents for discrepancies and compliance.
- Ensure properties are free from liens, unpaid taxes, and encumbrances.
- Coordinate with brokers, solicitors, applicants, and internal teams for document resolution.
- Adhere to SLA, TAT, quality, productivity, and confidentiality standards.
